It is an interactive talk show where the panelist will be teaching the art of professionalism and will be a questionnaire round where they will be dealing with the set of questions asked by the participants.
About our Panelist
1. Adv. Gautam Matani– He is a graduate from NLC Pune and an alumnus of University of Leeds, England richly experienced in Corporate and IPR Laws. He has always been at the helm of leadership positions from being a Trademark Attorney to a GST and GDPR Practitioner. Currently working at MKU Limited as an In House Legal and IPR Counsel.
He has driven massive legal work system ranging from International Laws, Export Compliances, Patent Registration, Design Application and Corporate Advisory.
2. Adv. Achyut Govindam- Achyut Govindam is an Advocate primarily practicing and appearing before the Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh & Courts and Tribunals across the country. He graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree of Master of Laws in International Law. He is the founder and the first elected Secretary of Lawyers Action Group, a non-government and not for profit organization of lawyers. Briefly, he has also worked as a Law Researcher for the Committee of Reforms in Criminal Law set up by and under the aegis of the Ministry of Home Affairs , Government of India. He has researched and authored a dissertation on Multiparty Investment Arbitration under the supervision of Dr. Sarah Brown, a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
3. Adv. Hemlata– I am a masters in law and into litigation since 2015 wherein i have practiced in Supreme court , Delhi High court and District courts including NCR District courts. I have got experience in allmost all tribunals .Now, as of now i have joined my family chamber in the district of Bijnor, U.P.
