Abstract

This article explore the role of  separation of power in UK, Canada and Australia key recommendation and impact on the government the aim of separation of power is to prevent any one branch of government from having too much power and to ensure that the government operate in a fair and balance way this article talks about the  separation of power helps to protect against abuse, protect right, ensure balance, prevent autocracy, etc. the principal of dividing government authority among three branches ‘the executive’, ‘legislative’ and ‘judiciary’ though there are varieties due to each countries unique constitutional framework
