ABSTRACT
Since the development of silicon conductors and the World Wide Web, technological breakthroughs have advanced significantly. The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized not just the technology sector but every aspect of contemporary life in general. Although advanced AI was first used for software development and drafting, it has now significantly impacted many forms and genres of art. This article examines the rapidly developing topic of artificial intelligence AI-generated art, examining the intricate world of intellectual property rights (IPR) and other related legal issues. This research attempts to clarify the difficulties and possibilities that artificial intelligence (AI) presents for the art industry by looking at case studies, current regulatory frameworks, and theoretical viewpoints. The paper also aims to predict future changes in AI-generated artwork ownership and protection, providing insights into the changing relationship between technology, creativity, and the law.
