ABSTRACT

The advent of modern technologies has heightened the significance of intellectual property. This emerging technology may pertain to areas such as patent law, trademark law, copyright law, and other related fields. Copyright protection is often provided to original literary, musical, theatrical, or creative works. However, the development of new technology has led to the emergence of novel ideas such as computer programs, computer databases, computer architectures, and numerous web-related tasks. It is important to get a deeper understanding of copyright laws pertaining to computer programs/software, computer databases, and diverse works in cyberspace. Copyright is a crucial concern in the realm of intellectual property rights throughout the digital age. This study seeks to demonstrate that computer-related work may be safeguarded by copyright legislation. This document is structured into three sections to address several forms of computer-related tasks, including computer programming, computer software, computer databases, and internet-related activities.
