The Editorial Board will put all reasonable efforts to make sure that no plagiarized content is published but in case it is found that the author has not published their original work, but rather sent plagiarised work then it would violate the terms and conditions of the third party and the author shall have the sole responsibility arising out of that dispute and not International Journal of Advanced Legal Research (IJALR).
